Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Senior Campaign Production Manager to lead the production and operational delivery of Salomon’s global marketing campaigns.
In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will coordinate campaign production from briefing to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution across eCommerce, key accounts, brand campaigns, and ad hoc activations.
You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Production, Legal, Procurement, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standards.
Your Main Missions:
Campaign Production & Project Management- Lead end-to-end production management for global marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Centralize campaign briefs, timelines, budgets, and production plans to ensure efficient execution.
- Define and manage project roadmaps, ensuring milestones and dependencies are coordinated effectively.
- Anticipate operational risks and implement mitigation plans to secure delivery continuity.
- Develop reporting frameworks to monitor production progress and campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Content Factory, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Photographers, and Filmmakers.
- Optimize resource allocation and production workflows across internal and external teams.
- Coordinate on-location productions and shootings when required.
- Ensure alignment between creative ambitions, operational constraints, and business priorities.
- Own and monitor production budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
- Anticipate resource needs and identify optimization opportunities while maintaining premium creative quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing production processes and operational workflows.
- Manage production and service contracts in collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams.
- Lead negotiations with agencies, production partners, and suppliers.
- Oversee rights clearance and licensing management for all produced assets.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes, internal validations, and supplier standards.
- Ensure all deliverables align with Salomon’s brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Promote operational excellence, creative consistency, and continuous improvement across production activities.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or creative production management.
- Strong experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and production workflows.
- Solid understanding of creative production processes (photo, video, design, content production).
- Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast‑paced international environments.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Monday, Trello, SharePoint, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
