Responsibilities
- As our Marketing Campaign Manager for the DACH region, you will plan, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and actively contribute to pipeline growth.
- You’ll turn marketing strategy into hands‑on execution - bringing campaigns to life across email, webinars, social, and events. This role requires creative thinking, strong collaboration, and the ability to draw insights from our data while keeping messaging highly relevant for the DACH market.
- This is a role for someone who enjoys building campaigns end‑to‑end, working closely with cross‑functional teams, and taking ownership in a dynamic, growing environment.
- Develop and execute the regional campaign plan aligned with GTM priorities.
- Launch integrated campaigns across channels.
- Write and localize campaign copy for German‑speaking audiences (emails, ads, landing pages, social posts).
- Coordinate webinars and in‑person events together with Sales and Partnerships.
- Own the campaign calendar, budgets, timelines, and outcome.
- Track campaign performance through dashboards and reports, and iterate based on data.
- Ensure strong lead handover and follow‑up flows with the Sales team.
- Lead campaign kickoffs and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- In your first 3 months.
- You’ll immerse yourself in our platform, ICP, messaging, data dashboards, and workflows. You’ll start running smaller campaign activities and support ongoing webinars and events. You build the foundations: alignment, understanding, ownership.
- By month 6.
- You fully own the DACH campaign calendar and run multi‑channel campaigns independently. You experiment, evaluate, and optimize based on data, while working closely with Sales to ensure strong follow‑up and conversion.
- By month 12.
- You are the point of reference for regional demand generation. You influence campaign direction, propose new plays, and contribute to shaping how we grow the DACH market.
