Camp Boss M/W

Overview

To strengthen our teams in Guyana (english-speaking countries), we're looking for a Camp Boss.

Responsibilities

• To Manage & organize the kitchen, storage, logistics, laundry and housekeeping activities. To provide the client and customer a good quality services that is as per contract (including Safety, quality, variety, temperature, quantity and on time) in a Safe manner. Ensure Kitchen and leaving areas are clean and hygienic at all times. Ensure correct Hygiene techniques are used.
• To insure to work fully with the group tools as Winrest for raw material management, production, HSE tracking and reporting and Calipso system for audit & actions plan. Not limited to those task, you will participate the implementation of the system evolution.
• To train the team to be autonomous and develop the skills
• Check that good hygiene and manufacturing practices are being followed
• Analize and send cost reports every day.
• Respect the contract scope for all activities.
• Use and respect for the group's tools
• To provide KPIs and all data requested by the Headquarter
