On-Site Technical Representative (CAMO) | Private Business Operator — Europe

Our client, one of the world's largest private business operators, is seeking a seasoned technical representative to support base maintenance across its European network. This position is suited to highly experienced professionals with a proven record in business aviation.

Aircraft Experience: Embraer (Legacy, Phenom) · Bombardier (Global, Challenger) · Dassault (Falcon) · Cessna (Citation)

The Mission

• Oversee base maintenance and vendor performance across the fleet
• Ensure fleet safety, reliability and on-time operational performance
• Review maintenance plans and confirm the required expertise is available
• Coordinate OEM support and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Manage logistics and material providers on parts, tooling and equipment
• Report aircraft status daily and file all Mandatory Occurrences
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality and service

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in a similar role — Certifying Staff, On-Site Representative, Field Representative, or MCC
• In-depth knowledge of EASA rules and regulations
• Strong project management, analytical and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver results

Requirements

• EASA B1/B2/C license
• EU driver's license
• Right to live and work in the EU
• Willingness to travel
• Based in the EU
