As part of its development, the airline CMA CGM AIR CARGO is looking for a CAMO Manager. He or she will report to the Technical Director, who is acting as the Nominated Post Holder for Continuing Airworthiness (NPCA).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the CAMO team, apply and enforce the department's procedures in compliance with current regulations and the CAME to maintain the airworthiness of the CMA CGM Air Cargo fleet.
- Implement the maintenance policy defined by the NPCA.
- Collaborate with the MCC to continuously establish the airworthiness status of the aircraft.
- Monitor maintenance task schedules and ensure maintenance planning and preparation in collaboration with contracted Part 145 organizations.
- Check records of all maintenance carried out on the aircraft.
- Supervise the entry and proper archiving of aircraft airworthiness records.
- Ensure technical monitoring of publications issued by authorities, aircraft manufacturers, and OEMs to assess their applicability to the fleet.
- Develop the fleet's maintenance programs, considering technical monitoring and reliability data.
Profile & Skills:
With an engineering or technical degree (bac+5/Master's), you have validated experience of more than 5 years in continuing airworthiness, maintenance planning, and engineering in airline or Part 145 maintenance environments.
Experience with A330-A350 and/or B777 aircraft, as well as with Commsoft's Oases software, would be a plus.
You have a strong taste for cross-functionality and teamwork. Your ability to innovate, curiosity, rigor, and tenacity will enable you to make the best decisions under pressure and contribute to the success of our flight operations.
