AutoCAD Civil 3D Drafter/Designer

The position will report to the office in one of the following locations: Tampa, Coconut Creek, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Mobile (AL), or Atlanta (GA). A hybrid schedule may be arranged for any office in the southeast based on candidate experience level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sheet sets, design, draft, detail, and graphic layout with limited supervision.
• Create site plan layouts from existing maps, incorporate corrections, evaluate existing conditions and surveys.
• Prepare permit and construction level documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform volume calculations, create design surfaces, manage topographical survey surfaces, and integrate design surfaces into existing conditions.
• Apply and follow appropriate AutoCAD standards and best practices.
• Support all aspects of drafting or AutoCAD under supervision of the lead professional.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting and design, including civil and site grading.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Preference for candidates with engineering consulting firm experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay Range

USD $29.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
