What We’re Looking For

• At least 21 years old.
• At least 163cm tall.
• A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English – additional languages are an advantage.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
• Ambitious, passionate, and excited by a travel lifestyle.

What You’ll Earn

Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.

Where Your Career Can Take You

• Economy → Business Class – from 12 months.
• Business Class → Cabin Senior – from 12 months.
• Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager – from 24 months.

Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
