Join CELESTAL and contribute to major oil & gas projects by supporting one of our leading international clients.

We're looking for an experienced Buyer with a strong procurement background to play a key role in project and operations execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement plans based on project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Source and evaluate suppliers in line with strategic sourcing frameworks, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers while mitigating risks and aligning with the Category Management team as needed.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and company policies.
• Ensure procurement activities align with budget constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on procurement status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in procurement within the oil & gas sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Procurement Expertise: Knowledge of purchasing tools and processes, strategic sourcing and vendor management, contract management, and project procurement strategy.
• Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, reporting, and product costing capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
