Business Unit Leader — Sales & Profit Growth (EU)

Leach International Europe is looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead the sales organization in a cross-functional manner, supported by a multidisciplinary Core Team (Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance). The BUM owns the BU P&L and is responsible for sales, EBITDA, order intake, and new business, with pricing aligned to product value and quarterly performance reporting to Group management.

Travel across Europe, Asia, Oceania and the United States is required.
