Business Transformation Lead H/F

The role of the Business Transformation Lead is the following:

• Promote and explain GEODIS Business Transformation ambitions to GEODIS internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and co‑built Finance & Procurement Core Model
  • Align Core Model with Functional Directors and Local Business Process Owners’ requirements
  • Leverage projects governance instances and manage cross‑functional topics and interdependencies end‑to‑end
  • Manage transversal subjects and processes such as internal control and compliance with the functional Directors
  • Promote and explain Core Model orientations and decisions/arbitr общения at all levels (Workshops / Design Authority / Change Board / COMEX)
  • Document and deliver target processes on time according to project requirements and the Business Documentation Strategy
  • Align functional specifications of COUPA and SAP with the Core Model and ensure consistency end‑to‑end
  • Collaborate with Product Owners of other Finance & Procurement scopes (e.g., Getpaid, Coupa Expense, …) to ensure business rules are consistent in the specifications
  • Define and implement efficiency KPIs for each process
• Ensure Core Model adoption and operational communication along the different project phases (design, pilot, deployment)
  • Integrate Business & Change activities fully
  • Define or adjust FIT persona and related FIT profiles according to roles in the detailed business process flow
  • Identify business gaps between current and target processes across workshops
  • Coordinate change impact assessment and adapt the Change Management plan accordingly
  • Set up a communication strategy relatório over project stakeholders
  • Deliver and execute the training plan
  • Support Group Business Process Owners with Change Management methodology and tools
• Build with HR team actions to manage the change
  • Design local communication actions in compliance with local legislation
  • Review the Change Plan with HR regularly
• Engage local teams on specific Core Model dimensions to enable Business Readiness activities locally
• Support data migration activities according to the Data Migration strategy and plan
• Participate in the Deployment phase (fit/gap analysis, communication kit, train‑the‑trainer support, …)

The Business Transformation Lead is in charge of setting up the right KPIs to monitor the progress of Core Model design and deployment.

Qualifications

• A master's degree from a Business School, Institut d'Etudes Politiques, engineering school or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience on similar projects
• Successful delivery of or significant contribution to major transformation projects for large multi‑national companies
• Strong convictions on best practices, methodology and accelerators to guarantee project success
• Holistic approach to Business Transformation with end‑to‑end analysis
• Experience working in challenging environments and adjusting plans to manage time and risks
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, operations, Sales, HR, etc.
• Appetite for IT subjects and experience implementing ERP Core Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, …)
• Team player mindset and strong communication skills, solution oriented, able to guide stakeholders towards alignment and compromise
• Fluency in French and English
• Proficiency in the Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Possible further training: BAC+5 / MASTER required
