Business Systems Analyst

• Act as the functional business owner of the Group Management System and Business Process Management platforms
• Ensure platform administration, user management, governance and business support for an international community of users
• Gather business requirements, manage enhancement requests and coordinate platform evolutions with IT partners and software vendors
• Drive platform governance by maintaining methodologies, templates, document management standards and best practices
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting that transform operational data into meaningful business insights
• Promote user adoption through communication, training materials, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Report to the Management Systems Senior Manager based in Obernai (France)

Requirements

• Around 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Functional Application Management, Product Ownership, Business Applications, Quality or Management Systems, or Process Excellence
• Experience owning or administering enterprise business platforms
• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
• Comfortable working with business users, IT teams and software vendors
• Experience with Business Process Management platforms, document management systems, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar solutions would be a plus
• Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (9001, 14001, 45001 or 50001) is appreciated but not mandatory
• Professional English is required together with either French or German
