As a collaborative partner for all departments in the Southern Europe Region (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece), this role is responsible for aligning and executing Sales, Marketing, after sales departments for the procurement and payment process. The objective is to ensure end-to-end compliance and efficient operation procurement and payments while providing business analysis and driving business decisions through data insights.

Specific Responsibilities

End-to-End Operational Support & Optimization

Fully manage the end-to-end process—from procurement and request submission to payment—across various departments in the Southern Europe Region. This covers agency commission rebates, VME (Variable/Vendor Marketing Expenses) payments and spending, Marketing budget tracking, after-sales billing submission and tracking, various bidding and procurement projects. Lead system submissions and progress tracking from budget initiation and procurement execution to final payment, ensuring a closed-loop process.

Compliance Control & Risk Prevention

Establish and improve internal control mechanisms for processes, and supervise and review end-to-end compliance. Promptly identify and proactively address potential business risks, while continuously iterating and optimizing existing processes based on business pain points.

Business Data Analysis & Enablement

Deeply mine and integrate data accumulated throughout the procurement and expense processes. Regularly produce business analysis reports to provide data support for adjusting business operation strategies and optimizing resource allocation.

Budget Tracking & Market Dynamic Monitoring

Conduct refined tracking and early warning of budget spending rates and utilization efficiency across Southern Europe Region projects. Follow up on expected receivables and payables information to assist in budget planning.

Align information flows between Southern Europe Region & Headquarters (HQ) to ensure strategic consistency. Coordinate and resolve various operational support issues encountered by front-line teams.
