What you will do

2.Manage supplier communication and procurement of materials and supplies to ensure timely and cost-effective availability.
3.Supervise and coordinate temporary workers (interim staff) to maintain productivity and compliance with company standards.
4.Provide financial support for expense reimbursement and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
5.Act as a key liaison between the local team, headquarters in China, and various internal departments to facilitate smooth information flow and cross-functional collaboration.
About you
1.A bachelor's degree or above. Degrees in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields are preferred.
2.Work experience: No strict requirements. Candidates with relevant experience in warehouse operations, procurement, or administrative support are preferred; recent graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
3.Professional competency: Familiar with daily warehouse and office support processes; capable of handling multiple tasks such as supplier coordination, temporary staff management, and basic financial tasks independently. xuezdbg
4.Business understanding: Good sense of operational needs, able to align daily support tasks with business objectives and proactively identify areas for improvement.
5.Fluent in Chinese, French, and English
