Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Support Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Support & Services department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing Airbus Avionics & Simulation activities. As part of the Operations and Inventory Team, you will be involved in digital transformation aiming at securing end-to-end supply chain operations and customer satisfaction.

Challenges

  • Design, develop and deploy new features and dashboards using Google Suite and QlikSense to monitor aftermarket supply chain metrics.
  • Maintain and ensure business continuity for existing Google-based IT tools supporting daily customer support operations.
  • Control data accuracy across IT tools and implement corrective actions in close collaboration with the Operations Team Leader.
  • Lead continuous improvement, automation, and upgrade projects for the department's digital ecosystem.
  • Act as the main focal point for business and financial support matters, including payments, credit notes, and customer claims.

Requirements

  • Background in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems with solid professional experience in project and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite development (including Google Apps Script) and dashboard creation (QlikSense).
  • Solid technical knowledge of SAP (PGI & P11 modules preferred).
  • Proven experience in Business Analytics applied to Aftermarket Supply Chain or Customer Support operations.
  • Professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
