La position
The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.
As a member of theGlobal Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub's long‑term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives. You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
A Business Support Expert is a technically‑qualified person who strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in digital projects. The Business Support Expert is responsible for consulting and partnering with Roche Divisions and/or affiliates in executing the digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The Business Support Expert is a skilled expert in all aspects of digital project management, content management, and tool development across different platforms, web, and/or social media, and is able to build out reporting metrics that support the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives.
The Opportunity:
Supporting key global stakeholders as well as affiliates by consulting them on how to further develop their digital performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools to meet their overall goals
Responsible for effective project and/or product management. May act as a Product Owner or a deputy product owner
Understanding the business partners’ and stakeholders’ preferences and consulting, recommending and developing solutions to reach goals.
Business Process Management: establish process governance principles, identify potential process improvements and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility
Creates presentations, internal training content, and other reusable information to disseminate across digital technology
Provide guidance, operational support and individual consultation on best practices and advanced digital technology topics
Who you are:
BSS/MSc degree, Desirable in Computing and IT, Communication, or Digital Marketing
(Focus on Digital Media)
5+ years of digital marketing/technology experience; preferably in a global environment
with an established track record of influencing process development in the area of one's own area
expertise
Excellent organization and project management skills, deadline, vendor/agency
management, budget management.
Analytical mindset combined with strategic thinking, with ability to balance in between
short and long‑term goals in alignment with Business (affiliates, region, BA) and IT
stakeholders.
