What You’ll Do
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about ensuring our customers take advantage of the latest technology to gain competitive advantage and drive business innovation. You will support SAP customers in adopting The Integrated Toolchain empowered by AI and managing their Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) needs through all phases from Requirements through Design, Build, Test, and Deploy to production, including the Run phases. This role will be based in the Center of Expertise (CoE) in SAP Labs France, Mougins, France.

Meet our CoE ALM team
We are a multi‑location (FR, DE, HU) technical team of 10+ countries that can engage customers worldwide in 20+ languages. We collaborate closely together and work as one when needed. The key topic areas include: The Integrated Toolchain (ITC), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Process Management, Test Management, Change Management, Deployments, System & Business Process Monitoring, Alerting, ALM BUILD and RUN methodologies, SAP AI / Joule capabilities, API extensibility.
- Deliver ITC / ALM Service portfolio to SAP Premium Customers in EMEA.
- Understand the latest in DevOps for the SAP world.
- Understand the latest developments and capabilities of The Integrated Toolchain, SAP Business Technology Platform, Cloud ALM, SAP AI / Joule, Cloud Application Programming, DevOps & partner solutions.
- Understand, adopt the methodologies of, and deliver MaxAttention & Success Plan Service Engagements.
- Embrace the functionality and technical capabilities of SAP product releases.
- Deliver onsite and remote services for global customers.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability for customer travel.
- Understand the needs and requirements of Solution Optimization, Process automation and Solution High Availability.
- Provide clear recommendations and guidance to promote the added value from a service to drive adoption and consumption of SAP solutions and methodologies.
