Your Role and Responsibilities
The position is part of the Commercial and Pricing Excellence team. You will collaborate with our Sales teams across the globe and IT/IS to design and establish our future global quotation process, and co-lead the development of a digital CPQ tool optimized for this process. To succeed, you should bring proven commercial experience in quotation, strong process design capabilities, and a forward-looking perspective on digitalization and emerging technologies such as AI.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Own and define the global Quotation (CPQ) process within the Q2O framework, ensuring governance, compliance, and profitability.
- Design optimized workflows that balance customer experience, efficiency, and margin performance.
- Integrate digital and AI capabilities (e.g., guided selling, dynamic pricing, analytics) and co-create CPQ tools with development teams.
- Translate business needs into digital features, validating through testing, feedback, and continuous improvement using KPIs and insights.
- Drive global alignment and adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and enablement initiatives.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields, with training in digital transformation or process excellence.
- Proven experience in quotation, pricing, bid management, or sales operations.
- Expertise in designing and implementing CPQ tools and quotation workflows.
- Strong understanding of global business environments, balancing local needs with global standards.
- Hands-on exposure to digitalization and AI-driven sales technologies such as analytics and automation.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building new processes from the ground up.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Pricing, and IT.
- Analytical, communicative, and forward-looking, with fluency in English and a passion for continuous improvement.
