About the role

CEVA Logistics is a global supply chain company operating in more than 170 countries with over 110,000 employees.

Within the Digital Transformation Europe team, you will support our Air & Ocean activities in improving and automating business processes.

As a Business Process Analyst (RPA) , you will act as a key interface between business and IT teams. You will analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and help translate business needs into concrete solutions.

The role is mainly project-oriented , within an international and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business processes to identify inefficiencies, manual activities and improvement opportunities.
• Gather business requirements and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders .
• Identify and assess automation and RPA opportunities , considering feasibility and business value.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and define target processes.
• Work closely with IT, RPA teams and external vendors to support solution implementation.
• Contribute to project follow-up, testing and solution deployment.
• Support users and contribute to the adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Monitor developments and best practices in automation and digital transformation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• Experience working on projects involving both business and IT teams .
• Good knowledge of business process analysis and process mapping (BPMN, Visio or equivalent tools).
• Good understanding of RPA and automation principles .
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma, Agile, Jira or Confluence is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, CRM or integration technologies is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
