In this Business Partnerships Development role, you will:
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key organizations aligned with N26’s vision and brand.
- Represent and champion N26 to create mutually beneficial partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate execution of global and local partnerships, engaging product, marketing and channel owners in a structured, timely and efficient manner.
- Formulate and negotiate strategic cooperations that enrich customer experience and align with strategic objectives, accounting for legal and commercial considerations.
- Gain a deep understanding of N26’s commercial proposition and drive customer growth through various user acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with the French General Manager and the Global Partnerships team.
- Build, manage and grow new strategic partnerships, leveraging existing and past partner relationships in the French market.
- Reach out to new partners, conduct presentations, negotiate deals and agreements, and account‑manage those agreements.
- Onboard partners and maximize long‑term and beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications
- Background in an international sales/business development environment.
- Excellent English skills; additional languages a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a B2C industry or related business development role, with practical experience in partnerships (B2C, B2B2C).
- Strong network within France, experience in C‑level engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to create win‑win relationships.
- Project and relationship management strengths.
- Hands‑on mentality, stress resilience.
