About The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be much more than a salesperson; you will act as a true strategic partner for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Growth: Develop and expand our long-standing historical client, Renault, as well as their media agencies, Publicis and OMD.
- Strategic Point of Contact: Serve as the key strategic liaison for other major accounts such as Disneyland Paris, Ouigo, and SNCF Connect.
- Business Development: Actively identify, onboard, retain, and grow new client accounts.
- Strategic Consulting: Advise, recommend, and co-create highly effective strategies centered around our DCO offering.
- Client Retention: Build lasting relationships of trust with our clients through key account management, regular business reviews, upselling, and cross-selling.
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects from A to Z, including team assembly, operational tracking, and long-term support.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent The Cool Company to your external network (agencies, brands, partners) and participate in commercial events to network and expand our advertiser portfolio.
Qualifications
Professional Competencies

- A successful initial track record in AdTech, an ad network, a media agency, or a digital consulting firm.
- A solid understanding of the advertising ecosystem (programmatic, video, mobile, etc.).
- Energy, curiosity, and creativity (we love professionals who think outside the box).
- Excellent interpersonal skills alongside smooth, structured, and clear communication.
- An excellent level of English (both written and spoken), being fully comfortable in an international environment.
- A strong team player mindset combined with high autonomy and strict rigor.

- Have you already worked on DCO projects? Great!
- Are you familiar with digital ad ecosystem tools (DMP, DSP, CMP, SSP…)?
- Do you have prior experience working within an international context?
