Business Operations Officer H/F
To further support CAPZA growth and enhance operating model and IT platform to meet business need CAPZA is seeking a Business Operations Officer
Key Responsibilities
The Business operations Officer will work closely with the COO and with various internal teams to:
Support the delivery of cross‑functional projects—including digital, IT, ESG, organisational or business‑driven initiatives—by providing hands‑on project management and acting as a day‑to‑day partner to business owners to ensure successful outcomes.
Further enhancements of the IT platform based on the Business needs defined and any future need (amongst others, Portfolio monitoring system and AI integration)
Support all workstreams related to the integration of CAPZA to BNPParibas Asset Management ALTS processes including alignment to sustainability and compliance policies and framework
Strengthen, structure and optimise internal processes, helping to clarify roles, responsibilities and operational flows, and ensuring teams adopt efficient and scalable ways of working that support business execution.
Contribute to change management and internal communication efforts to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and organizational initiatives
Contribute to business‑driven analyses, operational deep dives and strategic reviews, preparing clear, structured and actionable recommendations for the leadership teams.
Scope
Cross‑functional support across business lines and transversal functions.The business operations officer will report directly to the COO.
We are looking for a recent graduate or a candidate with up to 3 years' experience, ideally with exposure to project management, operations, consulting or transformation roles supporting senior management in banking or asset management,
Understanding of processes and the implications of technology, financial techniques and/or legislations related to Investment Management in general or Alternatives in particular,
Strong organisational and structuring skills, with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive clear execution,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and interact effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders,
Analytical mindset, rigorous, and comfortable in synthesising complex information into clear, concise deliverables,
Team player and able to work in an international environment,
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken),
Strong academic background in business administration, engineering, economics or a related field.
