Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Understand and challenge our operational workflows
• Design and ship BizOps projects end to end
• Bring AI into our operational workflows
• Contribute to the ERP deployment
• Make operational performance measurable

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience, including a first BizOps role in a startup at scale stage — or an adjacent role where you've owned process redesign and tooling.
• You have shipped at least one project that put a Large Language Model (Claude, Dust, or equivalent) into the hands of a business team. This is non-negotiable.
• You're comfortable with workflow automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, or Make. Familiarity with Git, Python, or SQL is a strong plus.
• You don\'t take a process at face value: you question it, redesign it when needed, and bring people along with you.
• You move from observation to shipping quickly, without skipping the depth of understanding that makes a project actually stick.
