Job Description

Enterprise account business development within the Microsoft ecosystem involves prospecting and client retention. This Paris-based role is aimed at an experienced Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an existing and strategic client portfolio across all our service lines
  • Identify new prospects
  • Contribute to drafting innovative commercial proposals with support from technical and functional teams
  • Conduct client follow-up and ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Manage your account portfolio
  • Develop account plans
  • Report on your activity

Qualifications

  • With a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in the digital services company sector.
  • You are motivated by client service quality and want to build long‑term partnerships with our clients.
  • With strong interpersonal skills, you demonstrate tenacity and energy.
  • Driven by challenge and results, you quickly earn the trust of teams within the scope you manage independently.
  • Experience at a digital services company is essential.
