Job Description
Enterprise account business development within the Microsoft ecosystem involves prospecting and client retention. This Paris-based role is aimed at an experienced Sales Engineer.
Your Missions
- Develop an existing and strategic client portfolio across all our service lines
- Identify new prospects
- Contribute to drafting innovative commercial proposals with support from technical and functional teams
- Conduct client follow-up and ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage your account portfolio
- Develop account plans
- Report on your activity
Qualifications
- With a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in the digital services company sector.
- You are motivated by client service quality and want to build long-term partnerships with our clients.
- With strong interpersonal skills, you demonstrate tenacity and energy.
- Driven by challenge and results, you quickly earn the trust of teams within the scope you manage independently.
- Experience at a digital services company is essential.
