Job Description

Enterprise account business development within the Microsoft ecosystem involves prospecting and client retention. This Paris-based role is aimed at an experienced Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an existing and strategic client portfolio across all our service lines
  • Identify new prospects
  • Contribute to drafting innovative commercial proposals with support from technical and functional teams
  • Conduct client follow‑up and ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Manage your account portfolio
  • Develop account plans
  • Report on your activity

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university, and at least 5 years of successful experience in the digital services company sector
  • Motivated by client service quality and a desire to build long‑term partnerships with clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity and energy
  • Driven by challenge and results, quickly earning the trust of teams within the scope managed independently
  • Experience at a digital services company is essential
