Job Description
Enterprise account business development within the Microsoft ecosystem involves prospecting and client retention. This Paris-based role is aimed at an experienced Sales Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Develop an existing and strategic client portfolio across all our service lines
- Identify new prospects
- Contribute to drafting innovative commercial proposals with support from technical and functional teams
- Conduct client follow‑up and ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage your account portfolio
- Develop account plans
- Report on your activity
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university, and at least 5 years of successful experience in the digital services company sector
- Motivated by client service quality and a desire to build long‑term partnerships with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity and energy
- Driven by challenge and results, quickly earning the trust of teams within the scope managed independently
- Experience at a digital services company is essential
