Compensation: $50 USD/hour, subject to agreement with each client. Monthly retainers may be negotiated separately.
About the Opportunity
Lonesyte is expanding its network of legal professionals in France to support international entrepreneurs and businesses seeking to establish, operate, or expand their activities in the French market.
We are looking for experienced business lawyers who understand French corporate law, business regulations, and the legal requirements for foreign companies entering France.
Through Lonesyte, professionals can connect with international clients, provide local legal expertise, and manage their engagements through a centralized platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise international entrepreneurs and companies on establishing and operating businesses in France.
- Assist with company incorporation, registration, and corporate structuring.
- Provide guidance on French business laws, regulatory compliance, and commercial obligations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and business agreements.
- Advise foreign investors on market entry, business partnerships, and legal requirements.
- Support clients with licensing, regulatory approvals, and ongoing corporate legal matters.
- Provide project-based consultations or ongoing legal advisory services.
Requirements
- Qualified legal professional with strong knowledge of French corporate and commercial law.
- Relevant experience in business law, corporate advisory, or international transactions.
- Familiarity with French company registration procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to advise international businesses and foreign investors.
- Strong communication skills in French and English preferred.
- Authorization to provide the legal services offered in France.
Compensation & Engagement
- $50 USD per hour , subject to agreement between the professional and the client.
- Monthly retainers and long-term advisory arrangements may be negotiated separately.
- Project scope, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed upon before each engagement.
