The Role

As a Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring.
• Lead global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across different business departments, creating new plans and events.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact.
• Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments’ growth.
• Work with people and projects across different markets, focusing on developing new experiences in a big international atmosphere across up to 40 countries.

Who You Are

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy.
• Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
• Excited about working in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Advanced English speaker; knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
• Ready to be part of a dynamic and innovative team that leverages cutting‑edge technology and industry trends to drive growth and success.
