Job Summary
We invite you to join our team as an Enterprise Architect and become a key driver of integration, innovation and efficiency within our organization.
As a member of the Architecture team, the Enterprise Architect is accountable for proactively leading technology transformation activities and driving targeted business outcomes. His / Her main duties include providing guidance to the organization in an increasingly complex technological environment, facilitating and leading architectural & design discussions, aligning stakeholders around product-oriented solutions aligned with our agile operating model, as well as overseeing the overall coherence and integrity of Company’s global system & technology landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Business and IT to think and design product & technology roadmaps.
- Advise senior management on key initiatives and help guide business-critical architectural choices & strategies.
- Facilitate inter-program and inter-project issues.
- Help shape user-centric solutions, with a product-driven mindset.
- Drive & facilitate architecture discussions, design workshops, initiate solution design artifacts etc. to build alignment & clarity with stakeholders around clearly defined architectural options.
- Define & implement strategies to build a coherent system, technology & data architecture across our global organization.
- You will play a vital role in ensuring that our system landscape operates cohesively.
- Define and maintain architecture patterns, strategies, accelerators and best practices working with the rest of the architecture team and apply them to our various initiatives and architectural challenges.
- Update business architecture data repository and cartography of our global system landscape.
- Participate in the animation and organisation of the architecture chapter ceremonies (architecture committees, round tables, crew catch‑up sessions…).
- Promote the architecture team activities throughout the organisation.
- Build a network of contacts within crews, squads and stakeholders to help the chapter keep up to date and connected with various initiatives, challenges, projects being discussed throughout the organisation and be able to intervene and provide assistance as necessary.
Profile required
- Strong understanding in the design, architecture and/or implementation of complex IT systems, gained within a consultancy, systems integrator, financial services or similar organization, through the experience of a range of systems delivery programs and projects.
Required experience & competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to estimate business, risk and financial impacts of architecture choices and orientations.
- Strong knowledge/understanding of modern architecture, development, and methodology.
- Fluent in English.
Location: Paris (center)
Important to be located in Paris, or close to Paris, or to be relocated in Paris.
No home office during the trial period (4 months + 4 months).
