Responsibilities
- Contribute to commercial development of the assigned region through individual prospecting driven by personal network and actions on identified priority targets.
- Manage calls for tender end‑to‑end in collaboration with internal teams.
- Prospect and develop the B2B customer base: identify and contact new prospects, exploit personal network, target new accounts in the electronic security domain (design offices, manufacturers, subcontractors).
- Create commercial opportunities from cold leads, master multi‑channel prospecting (cold calls, social selling, personalized emails, trade shows).
- Participate in professional trade shows to contact prospects and generate appointments.
- Leverage leads provided by Nexecur Marketing teams.
- Thrive synergies between Nexecur and the group to grow B2B revenue.
- Formalize commercial proposals with support teams prior to sales.
- Track prospects through the CRM, update information, and manage sales cycle from start to finish.
- Negotiate financial and contractual conditions, aiming for immediate and medium‑term profitability.
- Analyze tender specifications (CCTP), produce required responses, and mobilize internal teams.
- Apply internal decision processes to validate financial and contractual conditions.
- Support the development of the B2B growth plan and boost prospecting activities.
- Enhance visibility through marketing actions (emailings, webinars, etc.).
- Ensure activity reporting and compliance with regulatory rules.
Qualifications
- Bac +2/3 in commerce or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, in a technical environment and in long sales cycles.
- Autonomous, dynamic, with a natural leadership ability.
- Strong negotiator, result‑oriented, and with recognized relational skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Contract type: CDI (full‑time). Status: Manager.
- Annual gross salary: €60,000 – €75,000 (fixed + variable).
