The Role – What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you will win new enterprise customers by developing strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders in complex organizations. You will lead consultative sales cycles, uncover transformation challenges, and position Bizzdesign as a long-term strategic partner.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion across assigned enterprise regions
- Build and execute territory development plans with precise focus on decision-makers and buying groups
- Lead high-value consultative sales cycles (3–9 months) in complex enterprise environments
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, Enterprise Strategists and transformation leaders
- Build deep understanding of customer architecture strategy and business outcomes
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product to build compelling business cases
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, negotiation, and enterprise contracting
- Own pipeline creation through strategic prospecting and account-based outreach
- Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and deliver predictable results
- Represent Bizzdesign at industry events, webinars, and executive briefing sessions
About You – What You Bring
You are a strategic enterprise seller with relentless ambition, excellent communication, and mastery of complex deal cycles.
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic business development
- Proven track record achieving €1M+ annual new business targets
- Experience selling to C-level executives in large enterprise accounts
- Expertise in solution-based and consultative selling (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC preferred)
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, transformation strategy, portfolio management or SaaS platforms
- Fluent in English, French, and German (written and spoken) — required
- Strong command of Salesforce CRM and ABM/sales engagement tools (Salesloft or Outreach)
- Comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Excellent storytelling and value articulation skills
- Competitive mindset with high accountability and execution discipline
