Business Development Representative (Commission-Based, Hybrid)

PRAIX is looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you'll identify potential clients, build relationships, and introduce businesses to our AI and software development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across various industries
• Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels
• Present our services and understand client needs
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
• Maintain and manage your sales pipeline
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required
• Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition is an advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and other digital communication tools
• Passion for technology, AI, and digital transformation

Compensation

This is a commission-based position, offering attractive commissions on every successful project you bring in. There is no cap on earnings, allowing top performers to maximize their income.
