Business Development Representative
Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Payhawk, based in Paris, you will generate new leads and business opportunities for the French market. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, building relationships and driving pipeline opportunities for our Account Executives. You will receive tools and coaching to thrive in a dynamic environment, and your success will be recognised through competitive financial incentives and clear career progression.
Daily Responsibilities
- Take ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using emails, calls, social selling, and events.
- Collaborate closely with the Paris Account Executive team to create high‑value opportunities.
- Leverage marketing‑led demand generation campaigns, identify and follow up with prospects to build relationships and generate leads.
- Build a strong sales pipeline for the French market, targeting companies with over 200 employees that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Proactively identify new niches and create innovative campaign ideas to continuously improve outreach.
- Analyse outreach efforts and campaign results to draw insights and refine future strategies.
- Manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent coverage to exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth.
