We are seeking a Global Commercial Performance Manager (CDD of 5 Months) to hold a holistic and up‑to‑date view of our main markets’ commercial performance, linking sell‑out and sell‑in, and connecting financial performance to a broader context.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a holistic, organized, and accessible view of commercial performance in each market using reports, analysis, and insights from sources such as Nielsen, IWSR, financials, stock‑in‑trade, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
- Develop and maintain simple business reports and tools that guide us toward issues that need addressing, avoiding lengthy presentations and meetings (e.g., G18 sell‑out monthly update).
- Contribute to the improvement of the global sell‑out dashboard (managed by the Tech team).
- Explore and integrate new market‑insight sources, such as sell‑through data aggregators, to obtain a more accurate view of wholesale and on‑trade.
- Monitor markets’ mandate achievement on commercial KPIs, including “Beat‑the‑Market” sell‑out performance and business objectives.
- Serve as a key source of market‑performance and dynamics questions for HQ departments (Business Strategy Office, Investor Relations, Brand Units), eliminating duplicate queries.
- Conduct Markets Quarterly Business Updates with Sales and Finance Directors of 14 lead markets, organize calls, send one‑pager templates, and prepare interaction materials.
- Co‑run calls with the Global Head of Commercial Performance and prepare summary presentations for the Group Executive Committee and Investor Relations team.
- Maintain a strong level of competitive intelligence across markets, media sources, and data, prioritizing inflections and informing key stakeholders.
- Track Revenue Growth Management performance and compile 360° RGM quarterly reports covering macro‑economic environment, deep dives on key brand‑market combinations, sell‑in and sell‑out metrics, channel mix levers, and competitor activity.
- Escalate arbitrations and follow‑up action plans with Brand Units, Management Entities, and Commercial Excellence teams.
- Collaborate with HQ functions (Finance, Brand Units, Business Strategy Office, EVP Global Markets) and G18 markets’ Sales, Finance, and RGM teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- 5–8 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or finance.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in handling multiple data sources.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Natural collaborator who navigates cross‑functional environments and respects RACIs.
- Strategic mindset with the skill to synthesize diverse insights into a cohesive vision.
- Excellent presentation skills in preparation and delivery.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Limited business travel (under 10%).
