Business Development Manager Pneumologie et Gastroentérologie

The role of Business Development Manager Pneumologie et Gastroentérologie supports the France & Benelux subsidiary for the Endoscopy range. Location: Paris, Lille, Reims, Nancy (France). Employment type: Full-time.

We are looking for a commercial partner who can quickly adapt to different interlocutors and contribute to the growth of the business while upholding Ambu’s values. All candidatures are reviewed with commitment to equity.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep clinical and technical expertise on endoscopes in pneumology and gastroenterology to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Support the sales team on complex technical or clinical aspects to close sales.
• Implement the commercial policy defined by Management.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with the sales force.
• Lead product trials with pulmonologists and gastroenterologists.
• Train, coach, and advise medical teams on the proper use of products.
• Monitor competitors, analyze activity, and implement an action plan as needed.
• Update, enrich, and regularly maintain the CRM system.
• Participate in regional and/or national congresses.
• Represent the company and its values to clients.

Qualifications

• Medical or biomedical background or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in medical device sales in the hospital sector.
• Strong persuasive ability, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and organized to achieve commercial success in a high-potential sector.
