Business Development Manager – Life Sciences
Your Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new opportunities in the Life Sciences sector
- Build and maintain a client network (pharmaceutical companies, biotech, medtech, etc.)
- Contribute to defining the commercial strategy within your scope
Tender Management
- Lead responses to tenders (RFQ/RFI) end-to-end
- Coordinate internal teams (operations, engineering, QHSE, finance, etc.)
- Develop competitive and innovative proposals (pricing, solution design, etc.)
- Draft and structure presentation materials
- Present and defend proposals to clients in both French and English
Client Relationship & Negotiation
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Ensure handover to operational teams after contract signature
- Contribute to client retention and account development
Location
La Plaine Saint-Denis (93) – Remote work 3 days per week
Your profile
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree (business school, engineering, or equivalent)
- Significant experience (5–10 years) in business development in logistics or supply chain
- Experience in the Life Sciences / Healthcare sector is essential
Key Skills
- Strong command of complex tenders (multi-site, multi-service)
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (GDP, quality, traceability, etc.)
- Results‑driven with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent cross‑functional coordination abilities
