Your responsibilities

• Support Uniper's objectives by driving profitable partnerships and executing acquisitions, with a focus on utility-scale solar and wind portfolios aligned with strategic growth targets in France.
• Identify and establish relationships with external partners, including developers, financial advisors, and potential investors.
• Develop and evaluate investment cases, coordinate due diligence processes, and participate in negotiations for project acquisitions, co-developments, mergers, or joint ventures.
• Manage projects from origination to ready-to-build status, while staying informed about relevant technical, regulatory, and market developments.
• Carry out a preliminary assessment of constraints using internal GIS tools.

Your profile

• Experience on Renewables development and/or M&A.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, project valuation tools (GIS), and transaction structuring.
• Strong project and transaction management skills, with the ability to manage complex processes and meet critical deadlines.
• Comprehensive understanding of utility-scale project development, including permitting and land acquisition processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to represent the business positively to stakeholders and external parties.
• Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate within diverse, multicultural teams.
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
