About the Role
What You'll Do
- Identify and acquire new car rental partners across France
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline targeting independent agencies and regional chains
- Negotiate partnership agreements and onboard new partners
- Meet quarterly targets for partner sign-ups and transaction volume
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the French car rental industry
- Analyze market trends and provide competitive intelligence
- Work with operations to ensure smooth partner onboarding
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Native or fluent French speaker with professional English
- Experience in travel, mobility, automotive, or related industries
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within France (30-40%)
- Based in Paris, Lyon, or major French city
Nice to Have
- Existing network in the French car rental or automotive industry
- Experience with marketplace or platform business models
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments
- Understanding of French tourism and business travel markets
