Your Role in VT Markets

In this role as a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognizing opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry in France. You will be responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of brokers and partners while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with regional marketing and client relations teams.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Business leads origination: play an active role in identifying new leads for expansion and developing new ways to grow businesses through identifying needs within the CFD industry.
  • Active business relationship building and engagement: maintain a strong business development relationship with IBs and expand our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners while maintaining contact with clients/partners to ensure high customer satisfaction; consistently develop a healthy pipeline of sales by diversifying the IB pool to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Competitor analysis: conduct periodic competitor analysis to understand potential competition within the business market and identify opportunities for VT Markets to capitalize on for business growth.
  • Troubleshooting and business support: act as the primary contact for all partner and IB issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through a well‑managed and continuously replenished sales pipeline.
  • Strong relationships with personal portfolios of IBs and partners.
  • Significant contribution to the business top line and user acquisition.
  • Active participation in social‑based events such as workshops, seminars, and other events as part of the business development strategy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Qualification & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in the CFD industry within business development, with strong experience dealing with IBs and partners.
  • Strong base of IBs and partners through personal portfolios within the respective markets; a diploma or degree in any field; technical and functional skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and others.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for sales pitch/deck preparation.

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable strong relationship building with partners and clients.
