As a Business Development Manager at PTC, you will be a core member of the Solutions Consulting organization in EMEAI. Your focus will be to engage with customers, PTC sales teams, and partners to build digital transformation roadmaps, value propositions, and financial models based on customers' strategic priorities and maturity.

You’ll leverage your industry experience, consulting practices, and technology expertise to assist companies in France and Europe on their digital transformation journeys—working with stakeholders to build Digital Thread value roadmaps, business cases for investment, and supporting Success Managers and deployment partners.

This strategic role requires travel across Europe and the ability to support customers and partners across all discrete manufacturing markets.

Your Day-To-Day:

• Partner with PTC’s sales teams to develop account strategies.
• Build relationships and influence senior leadership at key customers.
• Work with clients to develop technology deployment roadmaps and value propositions.
• Lead engagements with stakeholders to build financial ROI models and business/ value roadmaps.
• Develop vertical market strategies to increase PTC’s presence and market share.
• Represent PTC externally at conferences and via social media to position solutions effectively.
• Develop and document materials, ensuring effective reuse of assets.
• Collaborate with a global team to share best practices.
• Deliver against KPIs such as pipeline, deal sizes, and subscription renewals.

Your Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 10-15 years of operational experience in manufacturing, product development, or advisory consulting in these domains
• Strong influence and ability to engage senior executives
• Proven success in digital transformation projects within the industrial sector
• Deep understanding of Digital Transformation technologies and strategic roadmaps
• Financial skills to build and present business cases for technology investments
• Thought leadership in Digital Transformation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, etc.)
• Knowledge of enterprise software, implementation, and governance
• Experience in interviewing, analysis, and delivering presentations to executives and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and service processes
• Fluent in French and English, with confident and engaging communication skills
