Now, as the company heads into 2026 with major product innovations and increased market momentum, it is seeking a driven, commercially sharp professional to accelerate growth in France and Germany.

This is a rare opportunity to join a global leader in moisture measurement and building diagnostic instruments and play a pivotal role in shaping success in two of Europe’s most important markets.

What the Role Will Involve

  • Developing and growing the distributor network across France and Germany
  • Creating and executing ambitious sales and business development strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Identifying and onboarding new high-potential distributors while deepening relationships with existing partners
  • Acting as the technical and commercial expert, providing outstanding pre‑and post‑sale support
  • Creating powerful sales tools, training materials, and presentations that drive product adoption
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations and technical training to distributors and end users
  • Building strong relationships with industry associations, surveying bodies, and key stakeholders
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer and distributor experience

What the Company Is Looking For

Language Requirements (Essential)

  • Business fluent German with strong C1/C2 French and English
  • Business fluent French with strong C1/C2 German and English

Experience & Skills

  • Proven sales success in technical products, portable instruments, or building diagnostics
  • Solid understanding of distribution sales models and channel management
  • Good working knowledge of building surveying, inspection, or the construction/renovation sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship‑building and presentation skills
  • Self‑motivated and confident working independently across a large territory

Desirable

  • Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related technical discipline
  • Background in timber frame construction or moisture/humidity measurement in buildings
  • Interest in continuous monitoring or agricultural applications
