Build and grow Trip.com's Attractions business in France through strategic partnerships with tourism venues. The role owns attraction acquisition, contracting, onboarding, account growth, and renewal across museums, landmarks, theme parks, zoos, aquariums, observation decks, cultural institutions, and other ticketed venues, securing differentiated products, competitive pricing, reliable availability, and strong content that generate incremental GMV, expand online distribution, and improve the traveler experience.
Why this role:
- Own the growth of Trip.com's Attractions business in France, one of Europe's largest and most diverse visitor-attraction markets.
- Build senior relationships with major attraction groups, independent venues, museums, monuments, theme parks, cultural institutions, and public-sector stakeholders.
- Drive measurable results across attraction acquisition, product activation, online distribution adoption, incremental GMV, and strategic account growth.
In this Role, you’ll:
Market Strategy and Attraction Acquisition
- Develop France market and category plans using sales data, traveler demand, market trends, and competitor activity; build a qualified pipeline across priority destinations and attraction categories.
- Source, sign, and activate high-potential museums, landmarks, theme parks, zoos, aquariums, observation decks, cultural institutions, and other ticketed attractions.
- Lead commercial proposals and contract negotiations covering commissions, net rates, pricing, inventory, timed-entry capacity, allotments, cut-off times, cancellation terms, content, marketing support, and renewals.
Key Account Growth and Digital Distribution
- Own strategic attraction relationships through regular reporting, senior stakeholder engagement, joint business reviews, performance plans, and disciplined renewal management.
- Improve product coverage, exclusivity, price competitiveness, ticket and timeslot availability, content quality, booking conditions, conversion, and distribution performance across priority accounts.
- Help attraction partners expand online sales and connect digital distribution through stronger channel connectivity, optimized inventory, digital content, promotions, and data-led commercial plans.
Onboarding and Operational Excellence
- Coordinate Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to deliver efficient contracting, connectivity, content setup, ticket validation, product onboarding, testing, and launch readiness.
- Resolve booking, redemption, and service issues quickly, maintain partner health and service standards, and ensure reliable fulfillment and a strong traveler experience after launch.
Strategic Partnerships and Destination Development
- Identify and execute scalable commercial projects, including attraction-group agreements, exclusive products, city passes, bundles, seasonal programs, destination campaigns, and new distribution opportunities.
- Build relationships with tourism boards, destination organizations, leading booking and ticketing systems, industry associations, and other ecosystem partners; translate market insights into new supply and market-share opportunities.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales, business development, key account management, or strategic partnership experience in attractions, ticketing, OTAs, travel technology, tourism, or a related sector.
- Proven success acquiring and growing attraction, venue, cultural-institution, or travel-supplier partnerships through complex commercial and contract cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Native or full professional proficiency in French plus fluent English, with strong written, presentation, and senior stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage GMV, pricing, inventory, conversion, account plans, and partner economics using data.
- Highly organized, resilient, and hands-on; comfortable coordinating commercial, technical, operational, legal, and marketing workstreams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Able to travel frequently across France for attraction meetings, trade events, onboarding, product reviews, and issue resolution.
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with leading French attraction groups, museums, monuments, theme parks, cultural institutions, tourism boards, or booking-system partners.
- Experience with booking and ticketing systems, channel management, API integrations, product onboarding, and OTA distribution operations.
- Understanding of timed entry, capacity and inventory management, yield, ticket validation, voucher redemption, and on-site attraction operations.
- Experience helping venues increase online sales adoption and scale a successful attraction or destination partnership playbook across multiple markets.
