• As a Business Development Manager , you’ll spearhead the growth of the FlexUp ecosystem in your region — connecting with entrepreneurs, advisors, freelancers, investors, and institutions to expand our global presence.

You Will:

• Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build and grow a local FlexUp Hub in your city or region
• Promote FlexUp to startups, investors, and business networks
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive engagement
• Strengthen visibility within incubators, coworking spaces, and business schools

You’re an entrepreneur at heart — driven, curious, and ready to shape the future of business.

We’re looking for someone with:

• ✅ 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
• ✅ Proven entrepreneurial mindset and execution ability
• ✅ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• ✅ Experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
• ✅ Independence, initiative, and global perspective
• ✅ Fluency in English + your local language (French is a plus )
• ✅ Passion for building a fairer, more collaborative business ecosystem
• Experience in startups, tech, or innovation ecosystems is a strong advantage.
