Key Responsibilities
- Vertical Market Leadership - Security/Traffic: Take full responsibility for the security/traffic vertical market across EMEA. Develop specialized expertise and become the go-to expert for security and traffic management solutions. Create and execute vertical-specific growth strategies for France and broader EMEA markets.
- French Market Expansion: Lead business development initiatives specifically in the French market. Leverage native French language skills to build deep relationships with French clients. Navigate local business practices and regulatory environments in France.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in robotics, autonomous mobility, and security/traffic management sectors. Identify new opportunities and create tailored solutions to meet client needs across multiple industries.
- Industry Advocacy and Influence: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in large accounts to advocate for the adoption of innovative technologies as industry standards. Engage in targeted efforts to educate and influence decision-makers on the benefits of integrating LiDAR technologies.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the security and robotics landscape. Utilize insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Partner Network Management: Actively evaluate, manage, and support our partner network consisting of Distributors and VARs in EMEA. Develop and maintain training materials that equip partners to achieve their sales goals effectively.
- Sales Performance and Collaboration: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics. Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. Support co-marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive joint success.
- Lead Management and Qualification: Qualify incoming leads for EMEA collected from various marketing campaigns. Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact.
- Event Participation and Networking: Participate in trade shows and industry conferences across EMEA. Willingness to travel up to 60% to meet clients and network within target sectors.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Native French speaker with exceptional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, etc.)
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the EMEA region
- Experience developing business in the French market
Technical and Industry Experience
- Experience in robotics, sensors, or LiDAR technologies is highly preferred
- Background in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions (Lidar/Camera/3D systems) is a significant advantage
Language Skills
- Native French (mandatory)
- Proficiency in German and Arabic is a strong plus
