I am exclusively retained by a leading non-profit organisation in France to recruit a Partnership Director. This role is ideal for a highly networked professional with a passion for building collaborations that drive progress in mental health, psychiatry, immunology, biomarkers, and digital health tools.
Position Overview
The Partnership Director will play a strategic role in expanding the organisation’s network of collaborators, identifying opportunities for joint projects, and representing the organisation at key international congresses. The ideal candidate will combine a strong scientific background with excellent relationship-building and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture partnerships across biotechnology, healthcare, and related sectors.
- Identify and explore opportunities for collaborative research and development projects.
- Leverage existing networks to open doors for new collaborations and strategic alliances.
- Represent the organisation at scientific congresses, engaging partners and presenting opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership to align partnership activities with organisational priorities.
- Contribute insights on emerging trends in mental health, psychiatry, immunology, and digital tools.
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Extensive professional network within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors.
- Proven experience in developing partnerships, collaborations, or business development initiatives.
- Track record of presenting, networking, and securing projects at international congresses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Interest in scientific and technological advances in mental health and related fields.
