Job Purpose

Work closely with CEO and manage CEO Office team to provide necessary information or perform key analysis for decision making at the corporate level.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Represent business units to co‑develop and manage business development & relationship strategies and plans with the relationship management team to target the right clients, qualify leads, generate a strong pipeline with the objective to achieve sales revenue target & profit growth.
  • Create and manage strong partnership and a high level of trust with key stakeholders and decision makers for both existing and prospective clients to generate continuous opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to understand and gather insights, problem statements and craft a value proposition, scope, solutions for business proposal development.
  • Structure business and technical proposal presentations including pitches as a story, and co‑develop business, technical and commercial proposals with business unit team and co‑present them to prospective clients to close the deal.
  • Create and review quotation, contract, statement of work to ensure completeness, correctness with risk awareness.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the professional network.
  • Act as point of contract for all key items with the client and internally related to the business development end‑to‑end life cycle and client feedback to improve overall client experience and satisfaction.

Education Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business, administration or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • 5‑8 years of experience in business development for consulting services.
  • Strong experience with a proven track record in business development.
  • Familiarity with the consulting industry in which the company operates is valuable. Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics is crucial for effective business development.
  • A results‑oriented mindset is crucial with strategic thinking.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Experience in project management and solution implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Highly organized, efficient with an attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel).
