They are looking for builders ready to dive into a high‑impact project within a demanding and fast‑paced atmosphere.
Mission
As a Business Developer – Spanish Market, the goal is to conquer one of Europe’s most dynamic e‑commerce landscapes. Spain is currently one of their top strategic growth priorities. The selected candidate will own the full sales cycle: from hunting new partners to closing strategic deals, building a dual‑sided network where every partner can act as both a buyer and a supplier.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Actively identify and prospect top Spanish retailers and marketplaces (Fashion, Electronics, Pharma, etc.).
- Own the entire sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, and closing.
- Drive a consistent and high‑performing sales pipeline with a hunter mindset.
Product Expertise & Negotiation
- Educate high‑level decision‑makers on the technical solution (APIs, complex data flows).
- Collaborate closely with Partner Success and Ops teams to optimize the Go‑to‑Market strategy.
Your Profile
Education & Languages
- Master’s Degree (Business or Engineering school).
- Spanish: Native or bilingual level.
- English: Fluent (internal working language).
Experience & Hard Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales (Tech, SaaS, or Marketplaces).
- Proven track record in intensive prospecting and managing complex sales cycles.
- Direct experience with the Spanish market or within an international startup environment is essential.
Soft Skills
- Technical curiosity: An interest in understanding how APIs and logistics flows work.
- Tenacity: A results‑oriented profile, resilient, autonomous, and capable of driving high‑volume acquisition.
- Energy: Strong sales vibe and a desire to work hard within a high‑performing team.
Conditions
- Contract: CDI
- Compensation: €60k - €100k package + potential BSPCE.
- Location: Paris.
- Process: HR Screen (20 min) / Business Model Test / Manager Interview (1h) / On‑site immersion and case study.
