As a Global Buyer on “France Nord & Montagnes” Team , you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of French hotel partners. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels across Normandie, Picardie, and Hauts-de-France, delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results.
You’ll be the key point of contact for our French hoteliers – their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow your hotel portfolio : boutique properties, resorts, luxury brands across Normandie, Picardie and Hauts-de-France regions
- Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets
- Be the face of Voyage Privé : pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners
- Work closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor market trends and competitors in the French hospitality landscape to stay ahead of the curve
- Travel regularly to meet partners on the ground
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers
- Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment
- Data‑driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed
- Fluent in French & English; other language skills are a plus
