Your Mission

As a Global Buyer on our Spain Mainland team, you will grow and manage our portfolio of Spanish hotel partners. Based at our headquarters in Aix‑en‑Provence, you will source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels across Spain, delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results.

You will be the key point of contact for our Spanish hoteliers – their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow your Spanish hotel portfolio – boutique properties, resorts, luxury brands across selected regions of Spain.
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets.
• Act as the face of Voyage Privé: pitch, onboard, and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners.
• Collaborate closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitors in the Spanish hospitality landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
• Travel regularly to Spain to meet partners on the ground.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker – essential for managing relationships with Spanish hotel partners.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, or OTA.
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
• Data‑driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.

• Contract: Full‑time / Permanent
• Hybrid model: 3 days on‑site per week
