Business Developer (Full cycle) - TrustFlow
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business for TrustFlow, our AI gouvernance solution.
AI has moved from pilot to production, and agentic systems are developing at scale in large organisations. With the EU AI Act now in force, AI governance has become a board-level priority, and the market is waking up right now. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to ride that wave for TrustFlow.
TrustFlow helps large organisations keep control of their AI as adoption scales across internal models, third-party SaaS and agents, so that AI governance, risk and compliance teams retain a clear, defensible view of what is actually running in production.
TrustFlow is developed by Bloomflow, a French company created 10 years ago and trusted by over 200 clients across 26 countries.
Reporting to the VP Sales, you will:
- Build pipeline from scratch
- Pitch TrustFlow to senior stakeholders, create value, and build trust fast
- Navigate complex buying committees : Head of Data, CTO, CISO, Legal/Compliance
- Own the full sales cycle, from first touch to signature
- Keep the CRM sharp and your forecast honest
- Work hand in hand with internal teams to sharpen our positioning against a fast-moving competitive field
- Carry every deal across the finish line yourself
- Represent Bloomflow at industry events and position Trustflow offering with senior stakeholders
- Proactively identify and test new prospecting approaches to generate pipeline
What we're looking for :
A genuine hunter, with the drive, agility and hunger to build the leading AI compliance solution of tomorrow.
What we expect from you
- 3–5 years in B2B tech sales or business development
- A track record of generating pipeline from zero
- Proven ability to own a deal or a portfolio fully, end-to-end
- Sharp communication and the ease to hold a room of senior stakeholders
- High rigour, deep curiosity, and the learning agility to get fluent in AI governance fast
- A real desire to operate in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment with full accountability
- Fluent in French and English
- Bonus points if you already speak the language of AI risk, compliance, or enterprise data, but the drive matters more than the domain.
- Sell a product that sits on top of one of the strongest market waves in large organisation tech right now
