Among the solutions we offer, the CRM platform is a key part. This SaaS solution is supported by a team of around thirty people based in Paris (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Toulouse (Development), and Barcelona (Sales and Support). It enhances the guest experience and boosts ancillary services sales.
THE POSITION
We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Sales Manager to expand our presence in Paris, its surrounding region, and across Northern France. You will identify and generate sales opportunities through multiple channels, manage the entire sales cycle, engage hotels and hotel groups, qualify leads, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives. You will manage your sales pipeline, keep the CRM up‑to‑date, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Fluent in French and English.
- A “hunter” mentality: persistent prospecting and follow‑up, motivated to close deals.
- Performance‑oriented: experienced with sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Autonomous, persevering, and capable of working independently to achieve monthly business goals.
- Initiative in improving the B2B sales process.
- At least 5 years of commercial B2B sales experience.
